The Shilin Hotel (Lion Forest Hotel), which is
1,630 meters above the sea level, is located in
Beihai Scenic Area, at the foot of Lion Peak.
The Hotel is surrounded by mountains and pine
trees. The Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the
sunrise observation site, half an hour"s walk
from the cloud valley cableway.

The hotel has 122 standard rooms, 18 rooms for couples and 2 suites. Rooms are equipped with closed-circuit TV, central air-conditions, program controlled telephones and an automatic fire alarm system.
